We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 1 April 2024 and 25 March 2025 in respect of the above. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
The Board of Directors of ENRA wishes to announce that MSMENRA, which was placed under Members' Voluntary Liquidation on 29 March 2024, has been dissolved on 26 June 2025, following the expiration of three (3) months from the date of lodgement of the Returns by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting, pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016.
