Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 25 April 2025 in relation to the resignation of Messrs CAS Malaysia PLT as the external auditors of the Company. 

The Board of Directors of Mlabs Systems Berhad ("Mlabs” or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on 26 June 2025 approved the appointment of Messrs Nexia SSY PLT as the new external auditors of the Company, having received their letter of consent to act dated 23 June 2025.
