The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 31 July to 31 January to facilitate better management of resources for smooth flow of business operations and financial reporting resources. Hence, the next set of audited financial statements shall be made up from 1 August 2024 to 31 January 2026, covering a period of 18 months and subsequently, the financial year of the Company shall end on 31 January.
