We refer to the Company’s First Announcement dated 26 February 2013 and the announcement made on 27 May 2013 pursuant to Paragraph 4.1(b) of PN17. We also refer to the Company’s announcement made on 4 February 2014. Further to the said announcement, the Board of Directors of PM CAP wishes to inform that the Company had on 24 February 2014 submitted an application to Bursa Securities to seek an extension of time to submit the regularisation plan. This announcement is dated 24 February 2014.
