The Board of Directors ("Board") of Cloudaron wishes to announce that TGS TW PLT (LLP0026851-LCA) (AF002345), had on 26 June 2025 ("Notice Date"), given notice in writing to the Board of their intention to resign as Auditors of the Company. Pursuant to Section 281(2) of the Companies Act 2016 ("CA 2016"), TGS TW PLT's term of office will end after twenty one days from 26 June 2025.

The resignation of TGS TW PLT is due to a lack of resources. Further, the Board also wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the Shareholders.

The Company is in the midst of identifying new Auditors and further announcement on the engagement of new Auditors will be made by the Company in due course once the appointment of the new Auditors is finalised.
