Reference is made to the earlier announcement dated 28 February 2025 in relation to the Variation of Utilisation of proceeds raised from Rights Issue with Warrants. Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the previous announcement.

The Board of Directors of Komarkcorp had on 30 June 2025 approved the extension of time for the utilisation of the balance proceeds raised from the Right Issue with Warrants.
