Bhd., the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 30 June 2025 accepted a Letter of Award (“LOA”) dated 30 June 2025 from Puncak Concept Sdn. Bhd. [Company No. 202301031396 (1525319-U)], in relation to the construction services for the execution and completion of earthworks and retaining walls for the proposed development of Lot 115104, Persiaran Sepang, Cyber 10, Cyberjaya, Mukim Dengkil, Daerah Sepang, Selangor Darul Ehsan for Puncak Concept Sdn. Bhd. (“Contract”).
