Reference is made to the Company’s announcement pertaining to the Legal Suit between Symphony ORIC Development Sdn. Bhd. and Open Road Asia Sdn. Bhd., Madam Goh Poo Eng and Encik Roslizan bin Nekmat on 31 March 2023.

The Company wishes to announce that the Company had received the following documents from the Company’s solicitors, Messrs. Zain Megat & Murad dated 30 June 2025:
 

i) Notice of Application dated 26 June 2025 (Discharge as Solicitor to the Application); and

ii) Affidavit in Support affirmed by Alya Tadwini binti Talhah dated 26 June 2025.

The Company is currently actively looking for another replacement on the discharged lawyer.

The Case Management is fixed on 7 July 2025 via eReview at 10.00 a.m.
