The Board of Directors of Cengild Medical is pleased to announce that the Company has extended the duration of its existing ESOS and ESGS which are expiring on 14 April 2027 for five (5) years to 14 April 2032. This is in accordance with the terms of the By-Laws of the Long Term Incentive Plan. The ESOS and ESGS extension are not subject to any regulatory or shareholders' approval. The appropriate notices will be served on each of the ESOS and ESGS grantees in due course. The ESOS and ESGS extension will give the eligible employees of the Company and of the Group additional time to exercise their options and to participate in the performance of the Company. This announcement is dated 1 July 2025. |
