We refer to the announcement made on 17 February 2025, 19 February 2025 and 19 March 2025.

The Company wishes to announce that Gabungan Strategik Sdn Bhd (“GSSB”) (“2nd Plaintiff”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, together with Syarikat Muhibah Perniagaan dan Pembinaan Sdn Bhd (“SMPP”) (“1st Plaintiff”), has filed an Amended Statement of Claim in Civil Suit No. WA-22NCC-93-02/2025 (“Civil Suit”). The Amended Statement of Claim incorporates additional facts and particulars identified in the course of further case preparation and is intended to more comprehensively set out and substantiate the Plaintiffs’ claims.

The Company wishes to state that the relief sought in the Amended Statement of Claim remains the same as previously announced, i.e., losses and damages in relation to the SUKE PROJECT, with the quantum of the claim under the litigation amounting to RM501,278,960.58.

The Company will make further announcements on the above as and when there are material developments and/or upon receipt of any further directions from the Court.
