Reference is made to the announcement dated 24 June 2025 in relation to the proposed change of the Company's name.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 1 July 2025 received the Notice of Registration of New Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 dated 30 June 2025 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "Eco World International Berhad" to "EWI Capital Berhad" with effect from 30 June 2025.
