The HSI-CWIL is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 May 2025 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The HSI-CWIL is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2025 and the Term Sheet dated 4 July 2025.
The HSI-CWIL will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2025.
