Second Interest Payment of 3% per annum on the nominal value of 5-year Irredeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan Stocks ("ICULS") 2017/2022 for the period 26 May 2018 to 25 May 2019.

Further to Reference No. ILC-24042019-00002, due to the implementation of T+2 settlement cycle, kindly be advised of the following :

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Interest” as from: 9 May 2019  (Instead of 8 May 2019)
2)  The last date of lodgment : 10 May 2019 (Remain Unchanged)
3)  Date Payable : 24 May 2019  (Remain Unchanged)

Remarks: ICULS holders who wish to submit their ICULS Conversion Notice for conversion into Ordinary Shares to the Company's Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd on or before 10 May 2019 will not be entitled to the interest payment. The Notice of Second Interest Payment will be advertised in the New Straits Times on Wednesday, 24 April 2019.
