The MAYBANKC2B is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The MAYBANKC2B is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The MAYBANKC2B is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under MAYBANKC2B are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024.
