We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 20,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of TENAGA by way of market making.

The TENAGA-C3F is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The TENAGA-C3F is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The TENAGA-C3F is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under TENAGA-C3F are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024.
