We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 38,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled put warrants over ordinary shares of POPMART by way of market making.

The POPMART-H1 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The POPMART-H1 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The POPMART-H1 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under POPMART-H1 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024.
