We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 25,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of PMETAL by way of market making.

The PMETAL-C1Y is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The PMETAL-C1Y is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The PMETAL-C1Y is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under PMETAL-C1Y are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024.
