Reference is made to the Company’s announcement pertaining to the Legal Suit between Symphony ORIC Development Sdn. Bhd. and Open Road Asia Sdn. Bhd., Madam Goh Poo Eng and Encik Roslizan bin Nekmat on 31 March 2023, 30 June 2025 and 1 July 2025.

The Company wishes to announce that today was fixed for Case Management before Senior Assistant Registrar, Tuan Ariff Danial Shah bin Shahril (the CM).

During the CM today, the Court has given the following directions: 

1. The Hearing date for Enclosure 45 is fixed on 8 July 2025 (Tuesday) at 9.00 a.m. before YA Dato Hazizah binti Kassim (NCVC 10) (the Hearing);

2. The Court requires a representative from the Company to be present at the Hearing on 8 July 2025; and 

3. Full Trial fixed on 14 & 15 July 2025 will proceed as scheduled.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments in this matter.
