The Board of Directors of NEXG wishes to announce that DTSB has on 7 July 2025 received and accepted four (4) LOE, all dated 2 July 2025 from KDN in respect of the extension of the following contracts:-
(i) Comprehensive maintenance services of card personalisation centres at Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara for a period of fourteen (14) months commencing from 1 December 2025 to 31 January 2027 for an additional fifth ceiling contract value of RM15,859,515.73 (inclusive of 8% Sales and Service Tax);
(ii) Supply of MyKad, MyTentera, MyPOCA raw cards and consumables to Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara for a period of six (6) months commencing from 1 December 2025 to 31 May 2026 for an additional third ceiling contract value of RM29,677,937.50;
(iii) Supply of the Malaysian Passport Documents to Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia for a period of six (6) months commencing from 1 December 2025 to 31 May 2026; and
(iv) Supply of Polycarbonate Biodata Pages to Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia for a period of six (6) months commencing from 1 December 2025 to 31 May 2026.
