Bhd., the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 30 June 2025 accepted a Letter of Award (“LOA”) dated 30 June 2025 from SD Ara Damansara Development Sdn Bhd [Company No. 202301032708 (1526631-W)], in relation to the construction services for the design and build of alteration, underpinning and strengthening works for the proposed development of Oasis Ara, located at Lot 92086, Jalan PJU 1A/46, Ara Damansara, Mukim Damansara, Daerah Petaling, Selangor Darul Ehsan for SD Ara Damansara Development Sdn Bhd (“Contract”).
