Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the Board of Directors of OSK Holdings Berhad ("OSK") wishes to announce that the total outstanding loans granted by the following wholly-owned subsidiaries of OSK as at 30 June 2025 are as follows:

1. OSK Capital Sdn. Bhd. (“OSKCSB”) – RM1,485.28 million; and
2. OSK Capital (A) Pty Ltd (“OSKCA”) – AUD255.04 million (equivalent to approximately RM702.63 million based on the exchange rate of Bank Negara Malaysia on 30 June 2025 AUD1.0000: RM2.7550).

OSKCSB holds a moneylending license and OSKCA holds an Australian Credit License. The loans were made in their ordinary course of business.

Attached herewith the required information of OSKCSB and OSKCA under Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities for the financial quarter ended 30 June 2025.
