We refer to the Company's announcement made on 13 June 2025 in relation to the resignation of Messrs. Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT as the Auditors of the Company.

The Board of Directors of MMAG wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 July 2025 received the consent to act as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 from Messrs. Morison LC PLT (“Morison LC”). Hence, Morison LC has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 September 2025 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
