| Working experience and occupation | Mr. Lim Kuan is a practising lawyer and a member of the Malaysian Bar. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree (Honours) from Multimedia University in 2015 and was called to the bar in 2016. He commenced his legal practice at Cheang & Ariff (a Tier 1 Legal 500 law firm in Malaysia) since 2015. He subsequently joined Ming & Partners in May 2021 as a Partner. In May 2025, Mr. Lim Kuan and Hao Han co-founded Han Kuan & Co. with the vision to empower their clients with strategic, practical and forward-thinking legal services and solutions. His practice areas are mainly focused on Dispute Resolution involving corporate & commercial disputes and IP infringement matters. He also regularly handles IP registrations for trademarks and copyright. Mr. Lim Kuan has appeared at all tiers of Malaysian courts, including the High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court. |
