We refer to the announcements made on 5 March 2025, 13 March 2025, 21 March 2025, 27 March 2025, 30 June 2025 and 7 July 2025 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 10 July 2025 fixed the issue price for the third tranche of Private Placement at RM0.0800 each per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price represents a premium of RM0.0099 or approximately 14.12% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of TXB Shares up to and including 9 July 2025 of RM0.0701 per TXB Share.
