The Board of Directors of Gabungan AQRS Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that its 90%-owned subsidiary, Trusvest Sdn Bhd (“Trusvest”), as part of a consortium with REMT Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 199601037511 (409864-W)] (“REMT”) and Seri Wilayah Engineering Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 201001003245 (887826-M)] (“SWE”), each holding a 5% equity interest in Trusvest, has on 7 July 2025 received a letter dated 4 July 2025 from PETRONAS Chemicals Fertiliser Sabah Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 199601000987 (373332-H)] (“PCFS”), confirming the third extension of the existing sublease for the Provision of Accommodation Facilities on a Base-Camp Concept in Sipitang, Sabah, originally awarded via a conditional Letter of Award dated 16 August 2014 issued to REMT and SWE.

The key terms of the sublease extension with PCFS are as follows:

Under this extension, Trusvest will continue to provide comprehensive facilities management services, including daily maintenance, periodic servicing, and full operational support for the base-camp infrastructure. This is the third renewal which reflects Trusvest’s good track record in accommodation asset management and further strengthens the Group’s recurring income base.

The extension is expected to contribute positively to the revenue and earnings of the Group for the financial years ending 30 June 2026 to 30 June 2029.
