Reference is made to the Company’s announcements since 13 April 2020 in relation to its classification as an affected listed issuer after triggering the prescribed criteria under Paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
