Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 13 March 2025, 15 April 2025, 9 May 2025 and 10 June 2025 (“Earlier Announcements”) in respect of the Notice of Adjudication under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 by TPSB. Unless otherwise defined, all terms and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Earlier Announcements.
The Board of Directors of Taghill wishes to announce that pursuant to Section 11 of the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012, the Claimant via its Solicitors had on 11 July 2025 served the following documents on the Learned Adjudicator and the Respondent’s solicitors:

Adjudication Reply dated 11 July 2025;

Supporting Documents (Schedule 13-19); and

Bundle of Authorities No. 2.
The Company will make further announcements on any material developments relating to the adjudication proceedings as and when necessary, in compliance with the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
