The Board of Directors of MTG is pleased to announce that the Company had, on 15 July 2025, entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Senari Synergy Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201001025983 (909900-K)] ("SSSB") to set forth the rights and obligations of the Company and SSSB in connection with preparing and/or conducting a feasibility study with respect to the jointly setting up of cable manufacturing facility in Sarawak.
