The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Bonus Issue.
We refer to the earlier announcements dated 4 March 2025, 4 April 2025, 10 April 2025, 30 June 2025 and the circular to the shareholders of MSC dated 30 April 2025 in relation to the Bonus Issue.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that based on the entitlement date for the Bonus Issue at 5.00 p.m. on 15 July 2025 ("Bonus Shares Entitlement Date"), 420,000,000 Bonus Shares will be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue.
The abovementioned Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities and secondarily listed on the Main Board of SGX with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 16 July 2025, being the next market day immediately after the Bonus Shares Entitlement Date.
