After 2020, main contribution is from btr unit. They rent out the btr unit, receive rental fees, after deducted the maintenance and profit, the rest give to the institutional investor such as Invesco. This will create a stable income inflow. That's why they aim to build 10,000 btr units and become the btr leader within next 5 years.
