skl...i look at both opportunity...the part i dont get it solid company...bit secure as they act as storage fuel etc...their upstream and downstream managed well...good leadership the founder..every qtr..and annual..they make + profit...YET THE STOCKS NOT REFELECT...OR GOING UP
