One Right issue (OR) can convert to one SAPNRG share by paying extra rm0.3. And if u convert 10 OR to SAPNRG, you can get 1 free SAPNRG-WA (warrant)

Danger killer, current OR price is 0.005, if convert to one mother share with pay RM0.30 while current mother price RM0.28. My question is, why need to pay more to get one share?

Can contact your broker to send u right issue form if wan to convert to mother share. Otherwise can sell on market (sapnrg-or) before OR expired date.

The OR exercise price above current market price because when the time this company setting exercise price, SAPNRG price at above rm0.3, after decide the exercise price, share price drop to below rm0.3 and causing the right issue looks unattractive.

PR is preference share, company will give certain fixed dividend (% base on proposal) to PR holders every year. PR holder will have the right to convert to SAPNRG share as well while it mature.

Warrant exercise price at rm0.49 with 7 years life span. Although it worth zero now. But, i think that market will still give it 4 or 5 cent market price due to its long life span, just a prediction. It very depends on market investor.
