Majority office reit affected. this as well when their portfolio is 100% office reit. income is getting lower. only thing holding it is because parent company renting the space. left pocket to right pocket. 2 of their office tower occupancy rate is dangerous. trend of graph pricing also dropping to show the actual market is not looking good for offices.

This is part of the UOA Ltd (dual listed in Singapore and Australia). More a risk mitigation perspective, wouldn't it be better to invest in UOA Ltd rather than the REIT or even UOA Dev?
