the share is a bit cold, but Q result already earning 1 EPS. If future QR can be maintained or drop a bit to between 0.75 to 1 cent eps, for entire year EPS is 3-4 cent, PE 7x is 21 to 28 cents fair value already.
Their new launch project is walking distance to MRT station (400m) if the sales for this project is good, hopefully can even get 1.5 cent EPS per Q from next year's onwards.
