KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 16): Selangor Dredging Bhd (SDB) took home six awards at The EdgeProp Singapore Property Excellence Awards (TEPEA) 2023 held on Friday (Oct 6) at Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore.

The Malaysia boutique developer’s One Draycott bagged five awards and its Jui Residences received one.

Located at 1 Draycott Park, One Draycott received awards for Top Luxury Development (Residential – Completed), Top Boutique Development (Residential – Completed), Top Development (Residential – Completed), Design Excellence (Residential Completed – Central Region), and Sustainability Excellence (Residential Completed – Central Region).

One Draycott is a new luxury development in the prestigious Ardmore Draycott residential enclave featuring 64 units in an 18-storey tower. The property, designed by London-based architecture firm CarverHaggard, has obtained its temporary occupation permit and certificate of statutory completion.

Located in Serangoon Road and next to the Kallang River, Jui Residences won the Landscape Excellence (Mixed-use – Completed) award. The 18-storey waterfront property comprises 117 units.

In a statement issued on Oct 6, Selangor Dredging managing director Teh Lip Kim said: “We are thrilled and deeply honoured to win a total of six awards at The EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards. The awards were presented by Singapore’s minister for national development and minister-in-charge of social services integration Desmond Lee.
