KUALA LUMPUR: Straits Energy Resources Bhd
’s indirect subsidiary, Straits CommNet Solutions Sdn Bhd (SCS) has secured a RM71.56mil contract Teras Khidmat Niaga Sdn Bhd, to carry out works as part of a project for Jabatan Kerja Raya Malaysia (JKR).
Under this contract, SCS will supply resources, equipment, transport, machinery and tools to carry out specified works for completing a project at University Malaysia Perlis.
Teras is the main contractor of the project, which involves the construction of engineering centers and laboratories and will contribute to the development of the University Malaysia Perlis.
The project is expected to commence on Oct 17, 2023, with completion slated for September 4, 2025.
