（吉隆坡18日讯）莫实得种植（BPLANT,5254,主板种植组）的私有化活动即将完成，将于下周二（23日）下市。

根据文告，莫实得种植将从当天早上9时起除牌。

国防卫队基金局（LTAT）去年11月正式提出莫实得种植的私有化计划，建议以每股1令吉55令吉收购剩余未持有的股权。
