KUALA LUMPUR: Success Transformer Corp Bhd
has declared a single-tier special dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ending June 30, 2025.
The entitlement and payment dates of the special dividend have been fixed on Aug 1 and Aug 21, respectively.
In the first nine months to June 30, Success Transformer posted a net profit of RM15.3mil, up 13.7% from RM13.5mil a year ago while revenue expanded 4.1% to RM184.2mil against RM176.9mil posted last year.
Success Transformer closed down one sen to RM1.04 with 1.06 million shares traded.
