华阳首季净利72万
（吉隆坡23日讯）由于槟城大山脚Aston Acacia项目已经竣工，华阳（HUAYANG,5062,主板产业组）截至2025年6月30日首季净利急跌67.26%，从去年同期的218万7000令吉，减至71万6000令吉。
首季营业额也减少34.06%至1875万2000令吉，低于前期的2843万6000令吉。
根据初步报告，华阳在主要地区的未发展地库大约357英亩，预期发展总值（GDV）有51亿令吉。
