KUALA LUMPUR: Systech Bhd has partnered with Microlink Solutions Bhd to deliver enterprise-scale graphics processing units-as-a-service (GPUaaS) and artificial intelligence (AI) compute solutions.
Systech's wholly-owned Systech Digital Solutions Sdn Bhd signed a two-year collaboration agreement with Microlink's subsidiary Applied Business Systems Sdn Bhd with an option to renew for another year.
The partnership, which does not involve forming a new joint venture, aims to align both companies' strategies in developing and deploying high-performance AI and GPU infrastructure for enterprise clients.
Under the deal, Applied Business will provide and maintain GPUaaS infrastructure, while Systech Digital will handle assembly, testing and R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and green technology.
Both parties will also jointly manage project governance, including financial planning and resource allocation.
Systech shares rose 8.82 per cent, or 1.5 sen, to 18 sen today, giving it a market value of RM119.07 million.
Microlink was unchanged at 8.5 sen, valuing the company at RM136.73 million.
