KUALA LUMPUR: SD Guthrie Bhd (Guthrie) and Permodalan Darul Ta'zim Sdn Bhd (PDT) have signed a Memorandum of Business Exploration (MoBE) to jointly evaluate the development potential of up to 2,023 hectares of Guthrie's Kulai Estate, located within the Johor–Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ).

The partnership aims to leverage Guthrie's extensive land resources alongside PDT's expertise in strategic investments, with the goal of establishing a world-class industrial ecosystem. The project supports the State's vision to promote development in high-impact, strategic sectors and drive sustainable economic growth.
