PMB Investment declares income distribution for two Syariah funds

KUALA LUMPUR: PMB Investment Bhd, an Islamic Fund Management Company under Pelaburan MARA Bhd, has announced the income distribution for the Amanah Saham MARA and PMB Amanah Saham MARA wholesale sukuk fund for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2025.

Amanah Saham MARA, formerly known as PMB Syariah Tactical Fund, declared an income distribution of four sen per unit, surpassing last year's figure of 3.26 sen per unit, amounting to a total gross distribution of RM1.57 million.

Following the distribution, the fund's Net Asset Value (NAV) will adjust from RM0.6755 to RM0.6355. The distribution represented a 5.73 per cent yield based on the closing NAV per unit as at Dec 31, 2025.

Hang Tuah Amin Tajudin, the chief executive officer of PMB Investment, said, "Our unitholders' trust drives everything we do, and this year's enhanced distribution of four sen per unit demonstrates our dedication to delivering meaningful value."

Meanwhile, PMB Amanah Saham MARA Wholesale Sukuk Fund declared an income distribution of 5.96 sen per unit, also surpassing last year's figure of 4.67 sen per unit, totalling RM1.08 million.

The NAV per unit before the distribution was RM1.1617, adjusted to RM1.1021 after the distribution reprenting a yield of 5.4 per cent for the financial year.

"PMB Amanah Saham MARA Wholesale Sukuk Fund's 5.4 per cent yield and 14.43 per cent cumulative return over three years demonstrate the strength and consistency of our fixed-income strategy.
