’s newest property development in Bangsar South: The Goodwood Residence is now 35% sold and the developer is confident of achieving its sales target despite the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
“We see good demand for the area of Bangsar South. This is a leasehold development and we had recently renewed the lease until the year 2119, ” UOA Development’s senior manager for sales and marketing Frankie Choo (pic) told StarBiz.
The project is now 30% completed. It is situated on a 3.07-acre piece of land.
