PETALING JAYA: Advancecon Holdings Bhd has signed power purchase agreements (PPAs) to design, construct, install, own, operate and maintain a solar photovoltaic energy generating systems for two companies.
In two separate filings, the company said its wholly owned subsidiary Advancecon Solar Sdn Bhd had signed two PPAs with Oon Corp Resources (M) Sdn Bhd and one agreement with Prominent Image Sdn Bhd.
Under the agreements, Advancecon Solar would put up a solar photovoltaic energy generating system with the capacity of 651.64 kilowatts peak (kWp) under the net energy metering (NEM) scheme at OCR’s two premises in the Senawang Industrial Estate in Seremban.
In addition, the company would put another system with the capacity of 342.32 kWp under the NEM scheme at Prominent’s premise in Rawang Industrial Estate, Selangor.
