KUALA LUMPUR: A unit of Crest Builder Holdings Bhd
has accepted a letter of award worth RM192mil for a proposed development of two blocks of condominium from Allevia Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of UEM Sunrise Bhd.
The project is located at Jalan Kiara 4, Mukim Batu, Kuala Lumpur.
Construction works for the project will take about 35 months to complete from the scheduled commencement date of Dec 1, 2021. It is targeted to be completed by Oct 31, 2024.
