Remarks : 
For the financial year ended 31 December 2024, the following final dividends under single-tier system were paid on 16 July 2025 to the shareholders and irredeemable convertible preference share holders of the Company respectively whose names appeared on the Register of Members and/or Record of Depositors on 2 July 2025:
