| There were no comparative figures for the preceding year coressponding quarter as this is the Group's second quarterly announcement in conjunction with the Listing and quotation of Wellcall Holdings Berhad on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 18 July 2006 Reference is made to the announcement of Wellcall Holdings Berhad dated 17 November 2006 in relation to 4th quarter unaudited financial results. There are some errorneous sighted in Part A-Explanatory Notes and Part B additional information required by the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's Listing Requirements. This is the amended announcement and attahced herewith the 4th quarter unaudited financial results. |
