| In accordance with the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on 17 July 2012, being one (1) market day after the book closing date. Grand-Flo had, on 30 May 2012, declared a final dividend of 1.2 sen per share to entitled shareholders of Grand-Flo whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of Grand-Flo as at 10 July 2012 comprising a gross dividend of 0.037 sen per share (less income tax at 25%) and a tax exempt dividend of 1.163 sen per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2011 which will be paid on 31 July 2012. For avoidance of doubt, the Bonus Shares to be issued will not be entitled to the said final dividend. The Share Registrar of Grand-Flo will issue and despatch notice of allotment to all entitled shareholders of Grand-Flo within four (4) market days after the date of listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities.
