Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 8 September 2017, whereby the Company informed that it has decided to extend the Ex-Date, Entitlement Date and other important relevant dates of the Rights Issue with Warrants to a later date.
The Abridged Prospectus together with the notice of provisional allotment and rights subscription form pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants (collectively, the "Documents"), will only be despatched to shareholders of mTouche whose names appear in mTouches Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on 3 October 2017 at their registered address in Malaysia or who have provided the Share Registrar, ShareWorks Sdn Bhd, with a registered address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on 3 October 2017.
The Documents are not intended to (and will not be made to) comply with the laws of any country or jurisdiction other than Malaysia, are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed in countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia and no action has been or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue with Warrants complies with the laws of any country or jurisdiction other than the laws of Malaysia.
Entitled Shareholders who are without an address for the service of documents in Malaysia and wish to provide a Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers to effect the change of address by 5.00 p.m. on 3 October 2017.
Holders of outstanding warrants 2008/2018 ("Warrants A") ("Warrant A Holders") and holders of outstanding warrants 2010/2020 ("Warrants B") ("Warrant B Holders) who wish to be entitled to the Rights Shares with Warrants should exercise their rights to subscribe for new mTouche Shares by lodging their duly completed exercise forms together with the relevant subscription monies with the Share Registrar, ShareWorks Sdn Bhd, on or before 5.00 p.m. on 26 September 2017. This is to enable the new mTouche Shares arising from such exercise to be allotted to the respective Warrant A Holders and Warrant B Holders such that their names will appear on the Record of Depositors of mTouche by 5.00 p.m. on 3 October 2017.
