| Based on the issued and paid-up share capital of ViTrox Corporation Berhad ("ViTrox") as at 1 July 2011, the Bonus Issue will entail the issuance of up to 77,500,000 Bonus Shares, to be credited as fully paid-up, on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every two (2) existing ViTrox Shares held by the entitled shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of ViTrox on the Entitlement Date. The listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad will be on 18 July 2011, being the market day immediately following the Entitlement Date. |
